Getting lost on Pinterest? Again?
“But I’m researching”, you might argue. Yes, maybe you are. And maybe you’re wasting your time.
How do you know the difference?

Are you doing it consciously? With a specific outcome in mind? Are you avoiding all other distraction, be it on or off Pinterest?

Did you forget why you went to Pinterest in the first place, or needed a moment remembering that? Are you looking at other stuff that has nothing to do with your research?
If you’re not doing it with a conscious decision, it’s distraction. Stop it. Go back to your intention. What happened the exact moment before you went on Pinterest?
