Let’s imagine you wrote a thought diary every day.

(Which I did for some time and it’s highly recommendable.)

What would be in it?

My takeaway was that most of the thoughts that I had in a day were almost the same every day.

Later, I read somewhere (sadly I don’t remember where it was) that this is the case for most people.

We tend to have the same thoughts over and over and over.

So we better make sure they’re positive and as inspired as possible.
