When will they take your writing seriously?
When will you finally reach that goal? When will you have that book finished? Your first sales? Your first bestseller? When will you be able to live off of writing completely? When will you sell that screenplay? Shoot that movie? When will you be considered a professional writer? When will others take you seriously?
Don’t waste your energy on thinking about when all of this is finally going to happen!
It’s like going on holiday. Once you’ve decided your destination you set course and you start off. You don’t spend the whole ride thinking about when exactly you will reach your destination because you already know that you will. You’re on your way. As long as you keep going you’ll eventually get there.
Spend your energy on creating. On staying on the way. On getting ahead. As long as you do that, it’s gonna be really hard not to reach your destination.
Just stay on course.
How to become clear on your destination and stay on course?
