Don’t Go To The Gym Once

To be honest, I only went to the gym once. Because it’s not my kind of environment to take care of my body.

I like doing other things like hiking and yoga.

But that’s beside the point.

The point is that if you decide to do something for your physical fitness and whatever you do, you only do it once, there is no effect.

In fact, what happens often is that people decide to do some sports and then they start off doing way too much.

Then they feel exhausted and they stop doing it.

That’s not the way to build a habit.

And this is for all the habits you try to build into your life, not just sports.

First of all, don’t start off doing too much. In the beginning you are motivated but you won’t keep it up.

Do a little.

Second of all, do it regularly and keep doing it. You need some time to get accustomed to it and see the effect.

You won’t turn into superman over night.

Give yourself some time and patience. Doing a little every day is better to build a habit than doing a lot one time and then stop doing it for a while.

Talking of habits.

Inspiration techniques are also habits. They need to be nurtured and used regularly in order to take effect and grow.

Just like any other skill.
